I provide superbills for clients who have PPO insurance plans that offer out-of-network reimbursement.

Rate: $225.00 per therapeutic hour. Extended sessions are available and prorated.

Payment is due at beginning of each session.

Cash, check, credit card, FSA, and HSA are accepted.
