Welcome,
I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions to adults both in-person in Menlo Park and by video.
Clients often describe me as warm, friendly, empathic, and at appropriate times, humorous. In the past, I worked with couples, families, children and teens in a number of diverse therapeutic settings.
My current therapeutic focus is exclusively on supporting the mental well-being of adult individuals.
I was born and raised in northern California. My husband and I are happily married and we have adult children. I am passionate about studying the art and skill of psychotherapy. In my free time I enjoy cinema, theater, cooking for family and friends, health and wellness, gardening, comedy, and outdoor activity.
